ISO 9001:2015 Quality management
The standard specifies the requirements for a quality management system for an organization that:
- It has the need to demonstrate its ability to regularly supply a product that meets customer requirements and applicable binding standards;
- Desires to increase customer satisfaction through effective system application, including processes to continuously improve the system and ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable binding standards
All requirements are of a general nature and are expected to be applicable to all organizations, regardless of type, size, and product provided. The rule can be used by internal and external organization organizations, including certification bodies, to assess the organization's ability to meet customer requirements, the hub requirements applicable to the product, and the requirements set by the organization itself.
